Allen Farmelo's Seiko SJE093 62MAS reissue displaces two neo-vintage Rolex Submariners in his collection: a two-tone reference 16803 from 1984 and a reference 16800 from 1981. The latter pairs a sapphire crystal and quick-set date with an older-style matte dial; the 16803's tritium no longer glows.
