Seiko’s new Prospex Speedtimer HBC003J1 and HBC004J1 omit the chronograph function in favor of an internal rotating countdown bezel, operated by a crown at four o’clock. The curved bezel features a luminous triangular marker, Arabic numerals at five-minute intervals and red markings for the first 15 minutes, recalling an element of the historic 6139-6002.
