Sotheby's Geneva sold a Rolex Daytona ‘Oyster Sotto’ Ref. 6263, lot 335, for CHF 254,000 including premium in May 2024. Jose Pereztroika alleges its ‘Oyster’ printing was counterfeit and says he challenged the sale beforehand. The lot included a Rolex restoration quote dated May 5, 2023, which he argues gave unwarranted reassurance.
