Breitling
Breitling is offering bespoke Super Chronomat watches to the 999 Aston Martin Valhalla owners. Choices include the titanium B19 44, a 44 mm perpetual-calendar chronograph with a 96-hour power reserve, and the stainless-steel Automatic 38 with a diamond-set bezel. Both feature carbon-fiber dials and Rouleaux bracelets, with configurable colors and engravings linked to owners’ cars.
Universal Genève began as Universal Watch in Le Locle in 1894, founded by Numa Descombes and Ulysse Perret. Its early milestones included a patent for a 24-hour jumping-hour watch, a Geneva boutique in 1919 and the automatic Auto Rem calibre in 1925. Breitling’s acquisition provides the backdrop to this historical retrospective.
